So, good old Boris announced Plan B yesterday. It was full of completely unambiguous new rulings such as:
“Face masks are mandatory in MOST indoor venues EXCEPT where it is NOT PRACTICAL to wear them or if you are EXEMPT”
“People SHOULD work from home, WHERE POSSIBLE…”
The trouble is, unless a message is clear and contains a definite call to action, people just won’t buy into it and it will likely be ignored.
